Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in Opera system an advantage.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of customer service excellence.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills are essential.
- A team player who functions well under pressure is required.
