Senior Risk Management Professional

Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
Job Description- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to ensure the organisation's goals are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals to drive a proactive risk culture within the organisation.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure risk management strategies are integrated into business operations.
- Manage internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Deliver regular risk reports to senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Establish a risk management framework that ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
A successful Senior Risk Manager should possess:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in risk management within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
- Outstanding communication and report-writing skills.
- A thorough understanding of risk management frameworks and strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
