Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support our theatre services, driving improvements in patient care and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Transform our healthcare services by implementing quality improvement methodologies and change management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement complex healthcare reform initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing and driving change.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance performance.
Requirements
  • A clinical background in a relevant healthcare discipline is essential.
  • Strong project management experience, leading and delivering complex healthcare projects, is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are necessary for influencing and driving change.
  • A knowledge of governance structures in a healthcare setting is also necessary.
