Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Program Director to lead the delivery of high-impact client engagements across our Command Center, Digital Twin, and Consulting solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes across multiple solution areas.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the day-to-day liaison with clients and delivery team, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and delivery of contracted value.
  • Strategic Execution: Support the development and execution of the program vision, applying critical thinking and structured problem-solving to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and pain points to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Change Management: Guide clients through complex transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable value realization.
  • Communication & Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful executive-level presentations and program updates.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, advisory services, or performance improvement in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare technology delivery or advisory projects.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to create impactful executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Fluency in English, including technical and healthcare terminology.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Masters degree (MBA, MHA, MHS).
  • Experience with data mining and analytics.
  • Proficiency in LEAN, Six Sigma, or Change Management methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and decision-making under pressure.
  • Proficiency in a second language (especially within the APAC region).
