Healthcare Program Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to provide support, direction, and education to clinicians within our virtual health program.
Key Responsibilities- Support and educate clinicians in providing high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance program scalability and adaptability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. As a Clinical Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work closely with clinicians, and make a positive impact on patient outcomes.
About the RoleThis is a part-time / full-time fixed-term position until 30 June 2026. Shift times can be flexible between 2-10 hours, with overnight availability highly desirable.
