Job Title: Multifunctional Attendant

This role encompasses a dynamic blend of front-of-house reception, inbound sales, and gym floor monitoring across multiple sites.

  • Manage a busy front desk with professionalism and energy.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures to maintain seamless operations.
  • Process payments and balance the till accurately.
  • Perform end-of-month stock-takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Nurture health club relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain safe and clean facilities at all times by performing regular cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor and report equipment faults for timely repairs.

Availability is required throughout the week and on weekends, with flexible shifts during the day or evening. This is a full-time position that demands commitment to maintaining a Child Safe environment at all times.

Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications such as a Certificate III in Fitness are highly valued. The ability to teach Group Fitness classes can be upskilled through our training program.
