Business Operations Coordinator Role Summary
The role of a Business Operations Coordinator is to support the Finance and Accounts Team, coordinate tasks across multiple services and contracts, ensure data accuracy, operate a helpdesk line, and liaise with technicians to meet service level agreement performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Finance and Accounts Team by reviewing financial reports, timesheets, and service purchase order management.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across multiple services and contracts using computerized maintenance management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and maintenance data.
- Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and updating tasks as required.
- Liaise daily with technicians to ensure service level agreements meet key performance indicators.
- General knowledge of maintenance activities and procedures.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
