Our organisation is seeking a skilled Closure and Environmental Liabilities Expert to provide technical advice on closure strategies, cost estimating, and implementation across various sectors.

As a Closure and Environmental Liabilities Specialist, you will have experience in:
- Supporting clients in managing their asset closure strategies and costs
- Assessing the reasonableness of closure plans and cost estimates for financial assurance teams
- Communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Contributing to strategy, solutions, methodologies, analytical frameworks, and tools for clients
- Supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) due diligence and sustainability assurance and advisory services
Key skills and attributes for success include:
- Knowledge of cost estimating/modelling for closure/rehabilitation of large resources assets
- Understanding of common asset closure techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to understand complex risks associated with asset closure
- Tertiary degree in a related field, preferably Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Finance
- Outstanding project and time management skills, written and oral communication skills
