Liability Claims Management Professional

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to manage a diverse range of liability claims within our Insurance Services division. As a specialist in claims management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, assessment, and settlement of complex liability claims.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of liability claims to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver high-quality claims outcomes
- Providing educational support to clients on emerging trends and strategies to reduce claim levels and frequency
- Utilizing insights from claim trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
Reporting to the Claims Portfolio Manager, Liability in the Claims function of the Insurance Services division.
