About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team on the Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package project in Parramatta. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction activities, working closely with our design team, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely progress and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage site activities, including method statements, drawings, approvals, and permits.
  • Attend regular progress meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Monitor and report on daily progress, productivity, and costs.
  • Collaborate with the client to coordinate regular quality inspections.
  • Promote a positive culture of HSE, Environmental Management, Sustainability, People, Community, and Quality.
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on metro projects and Tier 1 projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-performing team.
