We are seeking a seasoned product tech lead to spearhead our digital product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to develop a comprehensive product vision, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment.
  • Translate prioritized initiatives into detailed technical roadmaps, guiding the engineering team's priorities and workloads.
  • Lead the engineering team while serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical roles, ensuring seamless alignment between objectives.
  • Document technical requirements and ensure user stories have sufficient detail for engineers to deliver desired solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical development in digital products/agile teams.
  • 3+ years of experience leading multi-disciplined software development engineering teams.
  • Strong exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, including knowledge of serverless and containerization solutions.
