Job Description

As a Community Ambassador, you will be instrumental in expanding our network of hosts and fostering strong connections within the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to prospective hosts to introduce them to the platform and explain the benefits of hosting.
  • Building relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and stakeholders to promote our mission and services.
  • Identifying and attending community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and fostering trust and credibility within the community.
  • Utilizing various marketing channels to drive host acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop targeted outreach and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach roles.
  • Self-motivation and goal-orientation, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Familiarity with the local community and knowledge of housing-related issues is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable vehicle or access to transportation.
  • Access to a personal computer with Microsoft Office and a suitable home workspace.
  • Access to a digital camera or high-quality cell phone camera.
  • Legally entitlement to work in Australia.
Compensation Structure

This role offers a competitive commission-based structure, tied to the number of home visits and successful referrals that result in rental listings created on our platform.
