ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

The role offers a 12-month contract to lead technical delivery in a complex ServiceNow environment.

You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of technical solutions across ServiceNow and ICT projects, developing, scripting, and enhancing ServiceNow modules, features, and workflows.

This includes implementing process improvements, automation, and integrations with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development skills, combined with leadership abilities.

The successful candidate will have experience working within Public Sector or large government environments, and proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Net Core, C#, SQL Server, Angular, React, JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, PowerShell.

In addition, they will have experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure services, O365 suite, and On-premises (Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM). Strong documentation skills are essential, particularly in solution architecture, high/low-level designs, operations/as-built guides.

  • Lead technical delivery in a complex ServiceNow environment
  • Develop, script, and enhance ServiceNow modules, features, and workflows
  • Implement process improvements, automation, and integrations with internal and external teams
  • Prepare technical plans, roadmaps, and release schedules for product delivery
