The IXL Long Bar is seeking a dynamic leader to join its team. As an Outlet Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving day-to-day operations and crafting unforgettable guest experiences.

This hands-on leadership role offers a chance to shape innovative beverage concepts, showcase your flair for hospitality, and leave your mark on the industry. You'll oversee ordering, supplier relations, and ensure the bar remains ahead of the curve.

To succeed, you'll need exceptional beverage management skills, strong initiative, organisational ability, and great interpersonal skills. Your leadership experience should be underpinned by your ability to provide support, training, and guidance to staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in the food & beverage service industry
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Understanding of beverage cost control
  • Strong cocktail menu engineering skills
  • Commercial viability of a beverage menu
  • Accurate cash-handling and numeracy skills
  • Strong liquor service skills, with sound product knowledge and an appetite to continuously improve your knowledge
