Job Title:

Leader of Guest Experience

This role is key in supporting the Venue Manager to bring to life our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love'.

The successful candidate will have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

They will be responsible for motivating and inspiring the team to deliver a genuine and 'local' guest experience, championing team coaching and mentoring, guest and team initiatives and day-to-day pub operations.

The ideal candidate will have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop their team.

They will also be responsible for proactively activating local events and supporting the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.

About You:

  • You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team.
  • You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
  • You're a people person who loves building relationships and creating memorable moments for our guests.
