We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Experiential Marketing Coordinator.
This is a project-specific position that will provide an entry-level opportunity to learn experiential marketing and gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong interest in creating memorable brand experiences.
The selected individual will assist the team in researching new ideas, building budgets, and designing proposals based on client direction.
The job will involve brainstorming and presenting new ideas to key internal stakeholders, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and developing client-facing materials such as presentations and proposals.
The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and problem-solve in real-time while on-site.
The coordinator will also participate in strategy, planning, and status calls, and assist with logistics such as transportation and inventory management.
