Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our rental equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve checking equipment, pressure washing, detailing, preparing machinery for rental, greasing, and verifying oil levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough check-ins and check-outs of rental equipment to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.
  • Utilize your attention to detail in pressure washing and detailing equipment, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Prepare equipment for rental by conducting mechanical checks, greasing, and verifying oil levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with equipment pick-ups and drop-offs in the yard.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work unassisted, meet tight deadlines, and manage your workload efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with machine operation, showcasing your familiarity with various types of equipment.
  • Possess a mechanically minded approach, ensuring equipment is not only clean but also in optimal working condition.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience in machine servicing, including tasks such as welding and spray painting.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A truck license would be advantageous for specific tasks within the role.

  • This role requires physical fitness as it involves working with grease, mud, and enduring varying weather conditions.
  • Approach your work diligently, understanding the high standards required for detailing equipment.
  • Possess an enduring attitude, particularly during longer workdays extending beyond regular hours.
