Food Service Technician

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking team member to join our kitchen staff. As a food service technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and cooking surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Wash and sanitize all dishes, equipment, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring it is cleaned and serviced regularly.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Dispose of trash and recycling.
- Unpack and store all produce deliveries.
- Assist in other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
