**NDIS Services Manager Role**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of NDIS services across community and Supported Living environments. This role involves ensuring procedural and legislative compliance, guiding teams and engaging with customers.

The successful candidate will have high level communication skills, be able to plan and organize effectively, and possess attention to detail. They will also need to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment, complex problem-solving abilities, empathy and compassion, and relationship management skills.

This role requires travel to community locations as well as completion of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or IV and be able to contribute to the growth of our community care service.
