We are seeking a skilled professional to work as an NDIS Service Development Manager across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

The role involves travel across various locations, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine coast.

You will be highly supported in your role with opportunities for professional supervision and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading service provision efforts to drive growth.
  • Maintaining strong referral connections with clients, caregivers, guardians, support coordinators, and other business partners.
  • Creating documents and reports, analyzing data relevant to service delivery.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales KPIs by promoting disability support services, securing contracts, and driving revenue growth.

**Required Qualifications and Skills:** To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within disability services or related fields.
  • Effective time management skills in a fast-paced, complex service environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS services, and NDIS plan implementation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**What We Expect from You:**

  • Experience in day programs, community support, STA, MTA, SIL, and in-home participant settings.
  • Demonstrated non-judgmental, optimistic, and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, share, and work collaboratively as a team.
  • Sound understanding of the NDIS price guide, completing schedule of support agreements, tenancy agreements, and effectively liaising with others.
