At DNEG, we're seeking a skilled CG Supervisor to lead our VFX projects. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and creative vision in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

This role will oversee a team of talented artists as they produce high-quality computer-generated imagery (CGI) assets for feature films and television shows. You'll be responsible for setting up a working shot pipeline, delivering CG elements for shots on your project, and ensuring seamless communication between the artists, production team, and show leads/supervisors.

Requirements
  • Experience as a CG Supervisor or Sequence Supervisor in high-end live-action VFX work.
  • Excellent creative eye and aesthetic judgement.
  • Ability to interpret client's vision and relay it to your internal team of artists.
  • Skill to sell creative solutions and ideas to clients.
  • Proven ability to reduce complex problems to their most simple solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of the complete VFX Pipeline.
  • Strong history of collaborating with R&D teams and deploying new tool specifications in a production environment.
  • Expertise in Maya and proficiency in other industry-standard software.
