About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, permanent, full-time Cybersecurity Lead Analyst to join our team at Sime Darby Group.

The primary objective of this position is to protect our organisation's digital assets and infrastructure from cyber threats.

Essential Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a dedicated incident response role within a diversified multi-national organisation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent.
  • GIAC, (ISC)2, CEH, Google, AWS and/or Azure Cloud Security Certifications.
  • Thorough understanding of cybersecurity analysis and delivery in addition to knowledge of IT security best practice and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of incident response methodologies, tools, and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO27001, NIST, GDPR.
  • Experience in the selection and systematic application of appropriate indicators/metrics to evaluate and measure information security management program effectiveness.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
