Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Patching Analyst to join our Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the timely application of security patches and updates across all endpoints and servers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and Apply Security Patches: Ensure that all systems are up to date and compliant with security standards by managing and applying security patches and third-party updates to all endpoints and servers.
- Ensure Compliance: Schedule and execute patching activities with minimal disruption to end users and services, and utilize advanced tools like NABLE to generate and analyze reports ensuring compliance with patch management policies.
- Monitor and Troubleshoot: Monitor the status of patch deployments and address any compliance gaps identified in the reports, diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during or after patch deployment.
- Collaborate with IT Teams: Collaborate with other IT teams to address complex issues related to patching, including software conflicts, network issues, and system failures.
- Communicate with Clients: Notify clients of scheduled patching activities and potential impacts on their services, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patch management processes and procedures.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with experience using NABLE or similar patch management tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing and patching Windows and Linux-based systems, strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and IT infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
