Family Lawyer - Make a Difference

At Gorilla Jobs, we're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Lawyer to join our team. As a Family Lawyer, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and representation in family law matters. Your work will have a profound impact on the lives of individuals and families, helping them navigate challenging times and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and property settlements.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate mediation sessions and negotiate settlements to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Advocate for clients in court proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including affidavits, agreements, and court applications.
  • Offer empathetic support and clear guidance to clients throughout their legal journey.
About Our Client:

Our client is an award-winning law firm based in Brisbane, known for their compassionate approach and commitment to client well-being. They serve a diverse range of individuals and families, including parents and children, divorcing couples, domestic violence survivors, and high net-worth individuals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years PAE in Family Law.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide empathetic and effective legal support.
  • Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland.
