Family Lawyer Opportunity

Are you a motivated and passionate Family Lawyer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our client's dynamic team as a Family Lawyer.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters
  • Consult with clients to efficiently resolve their legal problems
  • Achieve billable targets and contribute to the growth of the team
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence across various legal areas
  • Represent clients in court for mentions and interim hearings
  • Participate in mediations and conciliation conferences
  • Mentor and support graduate lawyers in their career growth
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal procedures

About the Client:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years PAE in Family Law
  • Good attitude and passion for Family Law
  • Hold a practicing certificate issued by the Queensland Law Society
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple files, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
