At Macquarie, we're seeking a talented Financial Risk Modeller to join our team in an entry-level role. In this position, you'll play a key part in developing and executing stress testing models, analysing complex data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team, contributing to various projects across Macquarie Group. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing stress testing models, documenting results, and methodologies
  • Analysing complex data, identifying trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Working closely with the team to solve problems and drive outcomes
About You

We're looking for a motivated individual with strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to learn and grow. As a Financial Risk Modeller, you'll have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in stress testing or a similar aggregate risk or balance sheet management role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability and desire to solve bespoke problems while demonstrating a curiosity for understanding complexity and how things work

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
