Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced leader who can effectively manage the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations;
  • Manage inventory levels, including food, beverage, and merchandise;
  • Optimize financial and operational efficiency while prioritizing exceptional customer service;
  • Develop and implement effective staff training programs;
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve whole-team success;
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment;
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards;
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment;
  • Foster strong relationships with local communities;
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment free from harassment and bias;
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' experience in management roles within high-volume environments;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities;
  • Ability to inspire teamwork and collaboration;
  • Proficiency in basic computer technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office;
  • Commitment to serving others in the community;
  • Acts with integrity and respect towards colleagues;
  • Familiarity with liquor licensing laws and RSA certification;
  • Australian residency or valid work visa.
