Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished software leader who can spearhead the development of secure, scalable digital products and drive technical innovation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Software Development and Leadership: Designing and delivering digital products, setting architecture standards, reviewing team code, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Technical Strategy and Innovation: Guiding technology stack decisions, leading Agile ceremonies, promoting modern technologies, and driving DevSecOps adoption with a focus on automation and security.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Building relationships across teams, communicating complex technical concepts, and ensuring alignment for collaborative decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning and Mentorship: Staying updated on industry trends, mentoring engineers, and fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for building great software, and excellent communication skills.

You will play a key role in our digital transformation - helping to design and build the next wave of products and platforms that drive business growth.

Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments

Extensive experience with AWS cloud technologies, serverless and event-driven architectures

Proficient in modern CI/CD practices, observability, and end-to-end software development

Experience communicating complex ideas and concepts with peers and stakeholders

Regulated industries and hybrid delivery models experience is desirable
