Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced architect to shape the future of our platforms across property research, mortgage origination, and risk assessment.

In this role, you'll provide technical leadership and architectural oversight, ensuring scalable solutions for distributed engineering teams.

  • Guide architecture decisions, balancing near-term needs with long-term scalability.
  • Partner with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Shape and enforce best practices in system design, integration, and platform evolution.
  • Mentor senior engineers and architects, supporting their growth and elevating engineering standards.

Responsibilities

You will lead architectural design, collaborate cross-functionally, influence technical direction, mentor, and engage hands-on when needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years in a dedicated architecture or principal engineering role.
  • Proven experience designing complex software architectures across cloud-native, service-oriented, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong technical judgment and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across multi-team environments and influencing without formal authority.
