Job Opportunity: Enterprise Architect

 

The Enterprise Architect is a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise software architecture and delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain architecture within the Application ReUse platform aligned to strategic goals.
  • Lead the delivery of actionable roadmaps to support transformation programs.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure architecture supports business outcomes.
  • Take a hands-on role in Proof of Concept work, mentoring, and innovation-driven design.
  • Contribute to the execution of the CTO's strategy through various initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and build internal capability to drive adoption of Application ReUse capabilities.
  • Support the ongoing development of the architecture practice.
  • Deep experience in enterprise software development and architecture for SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to define and lead enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Leading by example and guiding teams through change.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements including security, scalability, and performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Enterprise software development and architecture experience.
  • Proven ability to architect, engineer & deliver business reuse framework/software components.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements.
