Healthcare Specialist, Correctional Care

A rewarding opportunity exists for a qualified healthcare professional to assume the role of a specialist in correctional care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general medical services to patients within correctional environments.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated significant experience in General Practice with knowledge of contemporary clinical management and modern approaches in assessment and management of the broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Essential Requirements:
- Current medical registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP) OR Australasian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM).
- Proof of recognition as a specialist by the Specialists Recognition Advisory Committee Award.
As a specialist in correctional care, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while upholding the highest standards of professional integrity and ethics.
