Enrolled Nurse Medical Role

This permanent full-time position is an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a real difference in the lives of patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team.
  • Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Maintain professional relationships with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated application of professional boundaries and evidence-based practice in patient care delivery.
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflict situations and manage emotional responses.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining competence.
