Job Summary

As a skilled Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our residential clients across Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level.

This role involves working collaboratively with our construction and design teams to ensure that every project meets our strict quality and aesthetic standards.

We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to follow project specifications and design plans.

Responsibilities
  • Painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties
  • Preparing surfaces by patching, sanding, priming, and sealing
  • Applying paints, stains, and finishes using various techniques
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (residential preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • Ability to follow project specifications and design plans
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • Driver's license and own transport (preferred)
  • ABN and own tools (preferred for subcontractors)
