About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Director to lead our media buying team and drive strategic investment decisions for our largest client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the investment team and direct reports in delivering high-quality investment decisions and strategies.
  • Develop and implement investment plans that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Manage contract negotiations and contract tracking for client investments.
  • Forecast media billings and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media auditors and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Support local markets as a centre of excellence in proof of performance associated with media buying delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in TV and Out of Home media buying.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
