The Senior Investment Director will lead a team of media buyers, ensuring best practice is adhered to in their day-to-day roles, workloads are managed, and providing leadership to the team when dealing with sales contractors, auditors, and the planning teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for holistic investment decisions made for clients.
- Leads contract negotiations and contract tracking for client's investment.
- Accountable for accuracy in forecasting media billings by media owner.
- Manages delivery of nominated Global Buying commitments and associated PRIPs (Performance-Related Income Payments) targets that have a structured productivity programme.
- Builds working relationships with Media Auditors in relation to specific accounts and manages normalization of data in/around productivity including methodology and Audit principles.
- Contributes to the development of new systems, processes, and methodologies to improve our productivity product under the guidance of the Head of Investment Management.
- Supports local markets as a centre of excellence in proof of performance associated with media buying delivery.
- Manages internal and external stakeholder management across local markets, clients, and media auditors to ensure the buying commitments are met and the revenue targets achieved.
- Leads the client relationship for investment and implementation.
- You will enjoy fast-paced, high-volume work with big budgets.
- 5+ years of experience in TV and Out of Home.
- Positive and confident, with ambition to grow your career.
- Eager to be engaged in the investment community that we have here at Dentsu Aegis Network.
