Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Strategy Expert to provide deep business consulting expertise on assigned projects. As a Business Strategy Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-level advice, managing business consulting teams, and coordinating the work of other consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate requirements workshops with customers using standard methodology templates.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer business processes as a precursor to solutions design, ensuring alignment of business processes to product capability.
  • Solution Design: Architect a design solution that satisfies customer documented requirements in conjunction with Technical Consultants.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure the Objective product suite to conform to the documented solution design and make evolutionary improvements to the solution.
  • Functional and UAT Testing: Prepare test cases and detailed scripts to support customer functional and user acceptance testing.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage personal relationships with customers to ensure long-term relationships are enabled.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: High degree of knowledge in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook).
  • SaaS Delivery Models: Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models.
  • Process Modelling: Experience in UML or similar process modelling.
  • Data Modelling: Strong experience in data modelling.
  • Training and Support: Able to deliver end-user and application administration training.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Significant participation in functional, integration, or UAT testing.
