Project Manager for Multi-Level Residential Development

A high-profile opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an 8-level multi-residential development in Adelaide.

This landmark project requires a proven leader who can navigate complex environments and drive successful outcomes. You will oversee the project from inception to completion, working closely with a dedicated site and project team.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing projects $50m+ in value and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also be well-versed in building codes, contracts, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the full lifecycle delivery of an 8-level multi-residential project
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, contracts, and compliance
  • Overseeing procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Driving communication with consultants, stakeholders, and clients
  • Leading and mentoring the project delivery team
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on multi-level residential or commercial builds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of building codes, contracts, and compliance standards
  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management
