This position involves supporting a large-scale residential project in North Sydney, with the primary responsibility of managing all aspects of contract administration.

About the Job:
  • Oversee and manage head contracts and subcontractor administration to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop and review comprehensive scopes of work, tender evaluations, and contract documentation.
  • Process progress claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs) as per contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate financial tracking and cost forecasting using industry-standard software.
  • Support project reporting and compliance requirements to ensure regulatory adherence.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Administration for residential construction projects.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team environment.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software like Jobpac for efficient contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to drive negotiation strategies.
