Your Role

As an Associate Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with exceptional colleagues to answer challenging strategic questions.
  • Working on small teams to solve complex problems.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and guide impactful decisions.
  • Growing your career through hands-on mentorship from an experienced management team.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different areas of the organization and gaining exposure to business development, account management, and product management.

Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be an undergraduate or master's student graduating between July 2026 and February 2027.
  • Have an outstanding academic record.
  • Have a proven record of leadership in a work setting or extracurricular activities.
  • Have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using data analysis or querying tools is an asset.
  • Be able to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local office language(s).
  • Have the right to work in Australia without work visa sponsorship.
