">We provide essential services to families across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore as they celebrate the lives of their loved ones. As an Arranger Conductor, you will work closely with families to plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Coordinate Funeral Services, informing families of various options available to honour their loved ones.
- Work Closely with Families from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions.
- Implement the Funeral Plan on the Day, direct the team, and provide support and guidance for the family.
About You:
- A Strong Customer Service Ethos and pride in delivering exceptional service, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
- A Professional Attitude with empathy and compassion towards people.
- Comfortable Working with Grieving Families and the deceased.
- Excellent Communication and Attention to Detail.
- Korean Language Skills are Desirable but Not Mandatory.
- A Full Unrestricted Driver's License.
