Strategic Recruitment Expert Sought in North Sydney

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team in North Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our hiring function, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies and delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • You will develop targeted sourcing strategies for critical roles, utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • You will build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, bringing long-term thinking to every search.
  • You will contribute to the development of recruitment tools and technologies, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and experience.
  • You will monitor key metrics, proposing and implementing improvements that raise the bar for performance.

About You:

  • You have 4-6 years' experience in high-volume and strategic recruitment, ideally in-house, RPO, or agency.
  • You have demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies, Boolean searching, mapping, pooling, and digital tools.
  • You have strong knowledge of Australian labour laws and compliance expectations.
  • You possess exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
