Founded in 2024, we focus on quality and building long-term relationships with lawyers and legal teams.
We also run Lawyer to Leader - an event series supporting lawyers beyond recruitment by helping them navigate the path to senior leadership.
We're a small business with strong foundations, repeat work and plenty of scope to growKey Responsibilities This role will be tailored depending on your experience and goals, but could include: Running end-to-end legal recruitment processes Mapping the market and identifying high-quality lawyers across Australia Advising lawyers on their career path, CV and positioning Writing job ads, market updates and candidate briefs Helping build and deliver on existing client relationships (option to grow BD if desired)Supporting growth initiatives, events, content and candidate experience About You In terms of experience, you could be: Experienced 360 Legal/Corporate Governance Recruiter You've worked in agency or in-house recruitment and are confident running the full recruitment process end to end.
You enjoy the autonomy of managing your own desk and value quality over volume.
You're commercial, have a genuine care for your market and want the opportunity to become a business partner.
Candidate Manager You're at your best building relationships with candidates.
You don't necessarily want to do BD or chase leads, but you take real pride in your delivery and know how to manage multiple briefs.
You want to be part of a business that values the depth of candidate work, not just the placement.
