The Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator reports to the Residence Manager and is responsible for providing leadership and coordination in all aspects of Leisure & Lifestyle care. The objective of this role is to work within a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care and lifestyle services that enhance the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a balanced therapeutic and social lifestyle program that meets the needs of residents.
- Ensure resident needs are communicated and documented appropriately, including input into resident assessments, person-centered care plan development, and reviews.
- Assist in the delivery and/or supervise the delivery of lifestyle programs as per the monthly calendar.
- Ensure all staff follows Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Be an excellent communicator dedicated to making a difference.
