Lead Store Operations Specialist

Key Role

As a lead store operations specialist, you will live and breathe our values, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing the store and leading the team during trading hours in the absence of the store manager.

With over 20 stores operating 24/7, and all other stores open during extended trading hours, we make it easily accessible for our customers whenever they choose to shop.

To ensure we provide continued service during these extended trading hours, you will oversee the operations of the store.

Requirements for Success

  • A solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory/team leader role
