Job Description
As a Senior HR Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in turning people and experience (PX) and people-related data into actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions and drive operational excellence. Working within the People Experience (HR) Insights team, you'll be helping to build a data warehouse and visualizations that deliver high-quality, data-driven insights that shape workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
You will lead end-to-end analytics work—from capturing business requirements and sourcing complex PX data, to analysis, visualization, and storytelling. You will partner with our engineering team to help develop a security and integration model for a PX data warehouse. You'll work closely with senior leaders and PX stakeholders to embed data into decision-making processes, improving the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
