The commercial function for a future project is critical to its success. As a Commercial Manager, you will lead negotiations and manage issues related to contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage contractual obligations across projects and contracts.
- Implement commercial policies and ensure adherence to governance requirements.
- Provide guidance on compliance with contracts.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and liabilities.
- Review commercial arrangements and terms in proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate commercial issues.
- Prepare and submit contractual notifications and claims.
- Develop commercial management plans.
- Support project close-out processes.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in a construction environment.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
- Energetic and positive can-do attitude.
