At Futureshaper, we are seeking Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join our team. Our organisation is committed to delivering person-centred, family-focused, and customer-driven solutions for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support 3-4 participants per day in community settings, building strong relationships and transferable skills.
  • Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies.
  • Meet monthly training requirements, including Positive Behaviour Support and ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to a team celebrated for its strength-based approach and life-changing outcomes for autistic individuals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy or speech pathology.
  • 1-3 years of experience in speech pathology or occupational therapy.
  • Experience in disability services is desirable but not essential.
  • A self-starter eager to deepen skills in neurodivergence and build a sustainable caseload.
