We are seeking Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to provide person-centred, strength-based services to individuals on the autism spectrum.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support 3-4 participants per day in the community, fostering strong relationships and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement individualised support strategies that align with each participant's interests and strengths.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and achieve life-changing outcomes for Autistic people.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy or speech pathology.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in speech pathology or occupational therapy.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia or willingness to obtain.
  • A self-starter eager to deepen skills in neurodivergence and working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
