Debt Recovery Specialist

Our Medical Imaging department seeks a self-motivated Debt Collections Officer to manage patient accounts, ensuring timely payments and efficient communication with patients, health funds, and third parties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in medical imaging or accounts receivable/debt management, proficient communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up on patient accounts and facilitate payment arrangements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and address concerns
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information in relevant systems
- Previous experience in medical imaging or accounts receivable/debt management
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
