Residential Project Estimator

This role requires a hands-on professional to manage the estimating and contracts administration process on luxury residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop accurate cost estimates by analysing architectural plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates for various trades and scopes of work.
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and variations.
- Assist in procurement by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and selecting suppliers.
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide timely reports on project financials.
- Manage progress claims, invoicing, and ensure timely payment to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Minimum three years' experience as an estimator/contract administrator across architecturally designed residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail - able to pick up on inconsistencies or issues early.
- Proficiency using Procore.
- A proactive, accountable approach - you manage your own time and deliver reliable results.
